Gluing in sets is included in the above prices
Gluing in pads = £0.50p per pad (2pt forms are glued in pads of 50 or 100 sets, 3pt forms are glued in pads of 50 sets, 4pt forms are glued in pads of 50 sets)
Making into books (stapled with spine tape) = £25 + V.A.T. per 1000 sets or part thereof (includes numbering in one place and/or perforating in one place).
Numbering in one place = £12 + V.A.T. per 1000 sets or part thereof.
Perforating in one place = £12 + V.A.T. per 1000 sets or part thereof.
